It is no surprise that this beautiful home is an award-winning project. Design by Darren James Interiors, a Brisbane Based design studio committed to delivering unique bespoke residential projects. With many years of devoting themselves to building projects for their clients, Bayview One was an opportunity to create something special for their own family.

The vision for the design was to create a space that not only looked good but was also liveable and practical. Taking a ‘less is more approach, to their new build is highlighted by sleek finishes, modern materials, clean lines, and a neutral and light palette. Seeking a seamless and integrated look for Bayview One’s interiors, Staron Solid Surface features throughout the property. With a wealth of experience in connecting textures and surfaces, the indoor and outdoor design flows superbly. Staron is placed perfectly within the carefully selected collection of materials used across the project. Featured throughout the property, from the working spaces like the kitchen, scullery and study to the wet areas of the powder room, main bathroom and laundry. Additionally, connecting the interior elements of the home to the alfresco dining area was important. The outdoor kitchen showcases the same curved range hood detail, while the selection of Staron Solid Surface in Bright White flows from the interior joinery to the outdoor benchtop.
